Accountant

• Analytical reporting regarding the organizations cash flow and receivables.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements and other various reports.
• Assist in budget and forecast preparation.
• Communicate with department team members in an effort to maintain accurate and current information regarding accounts.
• Process bank deposits and reconcile bank statements.
• Cash applications and processing credit card payments.
• Accounts payable and accounts receivable functions.
• Credit and collection functions for accounts receivables.

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
Intelligent, strategic and analytical thinker
Excellent written, communication and organizational skills
Good diplomatic skills and sound judgment
Cost accounting experience a plus
Proficient in Microsoft Office: PowerPoint, Advance Excel, Word, Outlook; QuickBooks
